Now it has been more than a week, the item is still being processed. I tried calling their customer support, but the call ended with a voice note asking to WhatsApp for queries. I texted on WhatsApp, and there is no response. I tried to mail them, same, no response. Then ultimately I saw reviews on Google where many people are facing same issues. I should have looked into it earlier, but I trusted the site due to customer reviews. Now, they are removing all the negative comments on instagram and so people will not know that this site is a scam. Posting it so people might stay aware and not be scammed further. I have not tried ordering from myntra and nykaa because the prices are high there and there was a sale in website for same product. Please stay aware of this website. I had to write mail, message on WhatsApp and Instagram. Finally they responded after long time and the package was delivered that week. The response on instagram was very bad, just 1 word reply and no apologies or accountability for delayed order. Anyone can try it if they want but it would not be worth it.
