The delivery was significantly delayed beyond the promised timeline There was no proactive update from their side On following up multiple times, I didn’t get a clear confirmation on whether the order was even shipped In one of the conversations, instead of addressing the issue, the seller responded rudely and shifted the blame onto me, claiming I hadn’t provided proper details (which I had) The details were shared in google forms and upon furnishing all the details - the insta shop owner had the audacity to blame me. It's sheer common sense that without furnishing the details - the form won't have a submission complete status The insta store owner displayed a narcissistic behavior I’m attaching screenshots of the conversation for full context. Not saying everyone will have the same experience, but based on mine, I’d strongly suggest to refrain from transacting with this provider. “This didn’t feel professional or trustworthy at all.” “Decide for yourself after seeing the screenshots.”
