The order was…"SCAM labelaishwaryrika SCAM ₹8,100 Paid to Instagram Brand “labelaishwaryrika” – No Delivery, No Refund, No Response Since January I am sharing this to warn others and to check if anyone else has faced something similar. On 8 January 2026, I ordered a dress (Purple Ale Set) from an Instagram brand called labelaishwaryrika (account handled under the name Aishwaryrika Singh). The order was confirmed via Instagram DM. I was asked to make payment through a QR code shared by their team. Because of UPI transaction limits, I had to split the payment into five transactions: • ₹2,000 • ₹2,000 • ₹2,000 • ₹2,000 • ₹100 Total Paid: ₹8,100 All five transactions were successful and debited from my SBI bank account. I have: • Bank statement entries • UTR numbers for each transaction • Payment screenshots • Screenshot of the QR code shared • Complete chat history After payment: • No order ID was given • No invoice was provided • No dispatch timeline was shared When I followed up, I was told the payment was “not received.” I immediately re-shared all transaction proofs and requested them to verify with their bank. Since 14 January 2026, there has been complete silence. No replies to messages. No clarification. No refund. No product delivered. It has now been over a month. The amount may not be huge for some, but ₹8,100 is significant for me. The lack of response and complete ghosting has caused serious stress and mental harassment. I have now: • Filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline • Preserved all evidence including bank statement proof • Initiated formal escalation I am posting this because: 1. Many Instagram businesses operate without proper billing systems. 2. Payments are often taken via personal UPI accounts. 3. Once payment is made, customers have very little protection. I am not making any allegations beyond my personal experience. I am simply stating what happened in my case. If anyone else has: • Ordered from this brand • Faced non-delivery issues • Been told “payment not received” despite proof Please comment or DM. I am documenting cases for formal legal escalation if necessary. Please be extremely cautious before making advance payments to Instagram-only sellers without invoices, GST details, or proper order confirmations.
