"i had ordered from them once i 2 years ago and they didnโt deliver it for months(kept deactivating their account in between for some reason). kept delaying by saying that their package was stuck in customs. then when i asked for a refund they said they sent it through paytm(they hadnโt). then i threatened them that i had complained in consumer court after which they refunded. and veryโฆ"i had ordered from them once i 2 years ago and they didnโt deliver it for months(kept deactivating their account in between for some reason). kept delaying by saying that their package was stuck in customs. then when i asked for a refund they said they sent it through paytm(they hadnโt). then i threatened them that i had complained in consumer court after which they refunded. and very conveniently claimed that they had done upi 1 week ago it only reflected in my account now (not really how upi works). i had ordered in october got refund in february. tiny chance that they could be legit but then this was the experience i had. the designs look great but tbh their page seems sketchy as they barely have any engagement just tons of followers.
