It was supposed to deliver in about a week or two. A week or two pass by, no updates, no follow ups. Now we start following up- bunch of us. Through emails, twitter, instagram. My friends placed an order for a planner from Odd Giraffe for me as a gift on Dec 16th. It was supposed to deliver in about a week or two. A week or two pass by, no updates, no follow ups. Now we start following up- bunch of us. Through emails, twitter, instagram. Barely any replies. The replies we got from there was vague and offering no solution. Fine. They put up a story talking about what happened, we follow up, still no response. Finally on the 21st of January- one month and five days after the order was placed, it gets delivered. And my friends give me my gift, FINALLY! Next, I open the book and I’m using the planner, updating it with my goals and such and guess what I notice? THE LAST WEEKS OF ALL MONTHS ARE NOT PRINTED ALTOGETHER. LIKE??? These folks have no sense of responsibility, accountability or repair. Please don’t buy from them. Ink Bucket and Alicia Souza are much better experiences if you’re looking for planners. Very happy to attach more proofs if required, for now attaching the last email I sent to them a while ago.

"I had called for their tote bag on the 14th December. Waited about 40 days for the product. They kept ghosting me, until I threatened them with the NCH complain. They did refund me the amount after multiple emails and threats. Some one made a post the other day regarding the same thing."

The week ended and there was still no sign of my order being shipped Then today I checked the status of my order and realized it’s still being processed?? This is when I lost my shit. I DMed them on Instagram saying it’s okay if they send me a non personalized journal- just send it. Shouldn’t be a problem if my order is still being processed, right? They asked me for my order id and dipped there after Just a few hours ago they sent me a “woe is me” chat gpt assisted email saying how they ran into technical failures with production in December and have been struggling to ship orders. Okay, then why are you taking orders in January??????? Wtff? Just stop taking orders if you can’t fulfill them. Also, how is my order still being processed, but they’re claiming that it’s in production already. This is just horrible. If you can’t fulfill an order by the timeline you confirm, just issue a refund. This is a failure on your end. Why should the customer suffer. What’s worse is they are still running ads on instagtam. At least fulfill the orders you already have. Bunch of crooks. Edit: they’re also deleting comments on their Instagram posts calling them out.
