This is clearly misleading and not what was promised. When I tried contacting them through DMs and comments for a replacement or refund, I received no proper response. On top of this, I later noticed that many of the designs and posts on their page appear to be copied from other creators and brands, which raises serious concerns about their legitimacy and business practices. Since this was a COD order, I’m unsure how to proceed. If anyone has dealt with this brand before or knows the correct steps to take (consumer forum complaint, legal notice, cyber cell, etc.), I’d really appreciate your guidance.
