I ordered multiple jeans from Urbano Fashion, but the quality wasn’t good, so I returned 5 jeans following their return process. On their website/app, the refund status shows “Refund Completed”, but I have not received any money in my bank account / original payment method. What’s more frustrating: • I tried contacting their customer support, but I couldn’t reach them properly. • I commented on their social media posts asking about my refund — those comments were deleted. • I messaged them on Instagram. After many follow-ups, they finally said the refund was done on 8th, but no amount has been credited. • When I asked them for refund reference details / source of refund (bank, UPI, gateway, transaction ID), instead of resolving it, they blocked me. Has anyone else faced refund issues with Urbano Fashion? Any suggestions on what I should do next — consumer forum, bank dispute, or something else? Thanks in advance.
