She responded the day of my event, I asked her to send back the express shipping charge as the nails weren’t delivered on the promised date, she did reluctantly then I told her I don’t want the same order as I got it from someone else and please let me atleast change the design, she said the order has already been dispatched, I asked her for a tracking link she said she would share it soon, I asked for the pic of the nails she said she will share it soon and then started the ghosting, I texted her multiple times, she replied after two weeks saying she ll send a pic soon nd that she is having some trouble with her insta, it’s been over a month now and she still isn’t responding. I honestly don’t know what to do.
