Either a bracelet or an earring arrives broken, and the customer service has been extremely poor each time. In one instance, I placed an order and needed to cancel a few items almost immediately after ordering. I was told that I could only receive store credit instead of a refund, but that I would be able to use it later. It’s been a few months now and I’ve been trying to use that store credit (around ₹2400), but the brand has changed the portal they use multiple times. Because of that, none of my order history is visible in my account anymore, and the store credit isn’t showing up either. Their jewellery is quite expensive, so it’s even more frustrating that defective pieces keep getting sent out. Whenever I try to contact them for a replacement, refund, or even just to access my store credit, I get no response. I’ve tried email and Instagram DMs and still haven’t heard back. At this point I’m not sure what to do. Has anyone else experienced this with them, and is there any way to actually get a response or recover the store credit?
