"TITLE: Down&awake clothing worst experience⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ BODY: I am from Nepal here for few days. I ordered a ski mask hoodie and it did deliver on time the main problems started with the customer care as the ski mask didn’t fit at all, the chest and length was according to my size. I called and they did agree to exchange and told me to send the email and order number on WhatsApp. It’s been 3 days and There is absolutely no response even though i had called them multiple times. My instagram profile is on public so they found out that i am from Nepal and blocked me probably knowing i won’t do anything. I ordered it to support start ups as they focus on their quality and overall care for the customers. I even tried to email the support team but the recipient mail is nowhere to be found 😂Such a Disappointing experience man."
