About VouchKart
Last updated 21 October 2026
VouchKart helps people in India check Instagram and WhatsApp sellers before they pay.
Buying from a small seller you found on Instagram is normal now. Most of these sellers are honest. Some aren't. Before paying, buyers want to know two things. Will this seller deliver what they promised? What happens if something goes wrong?
The answers are usually scattered across a bio link, a website, a WhatsApp number, a Google Maps pin and a few forum threads. VouchKart brings them together on one page per seller, checks them against each other and explains what they mean in plain language.
What we publish
- Seller pages. For each seller we show what we've checked: their website, contact numbers, policies, Google Maps listing, handle history and reviews from buyers. Every finding says where it came from and when we checked it.
- Guides. Plain-language explainers on seller policies, warning signs and what to do if an order goes wrong.
- Research. What we learn about how sellers in India sell, drawn from the sellers we've checked.
How we write
Guides and research are published as VouchKart Research, the team behind VouchKart.
- Calm, not alarmist. Plenty of things that look scary are normal for honest small sellers, like an exchange-only policy or asking for an unboxing video. We say so. We keep warnings for problems backed by evidence.
- Fair to sellers. A good track record gets reported as clearly as a problem.
- Sourced and dated. Facts from outside VouchKart link to their source. Every article shows when it was published and when it was last reviewed.
- Patterns, not names. Our guides and research describe patterns across many sellers. They don't single out individual sellers. Anything we say about a specific seller is on that seller's page, tied to what we found.
- A person checks every piece. We use software, including AI tools, to gather data and draft. A person checks every number and fact before anything is published.
You can read exactly what we check and what our findings can't tell you in how we check sellers.
Corrections
If you think something we published is wrong, email [email protected] with the page and what you think is wrong. If we got it wrong we'll fix it. Corrections to articles are noted at the end of the article with the date.
The same address works for sellers who think their page is out of date or wrong.
